Playa Yoga is a small Yoga studio one block from the ocean in beautiful Hermosa Beach. The intimate setting offers semi private classes (no more than 6 students) allowing for personal attention and hands on adjustments for everyone in class. Classes are designed to give you the full Yoga experience ensuring that you leave class feeling good both physically and mentally.
